To better reach you in an emergency, IRWD has implemented IRWD Alert, a notification service to reach out to the community in critical water-related situations.
IRWD Alert sends real-time alerts by email, phone, and SMS/text notification, providing our customers with important information during an emergency, including what to do and where to find more information.
Contact information from all IRWD accounts was automatically uploaded to IRWD Alert. Customers are encouraged to add multiple phone numbers and emails to their profile, so we can reach them and their loved ones in the case of an emergency.
