What would you like to do?

Serving the community since 1961

They say our bodies are two-thirds water. But at Irvine Ranch Water District, we are all water. Every day, we ensure your drinking water is tasty and reliable. We work at the plant to treat your water and in the ground to maintain the pipes. In our labs, we test water for quality. In our offices, we answer your questions and engineer the future.

Integrity. Accountability. Innovation. Opportunity. Safety. Kindness. Environmental Stewardship. Teamwork. Customer Care. Those are our values. Because you value water, and we value you.

Drinking water

We provide you with clean, bright, tasty water every single day. From testing and treatment to using reliable sources and water banking, we promise to make sure that water keeps flowing.

Recycled water

We pioneered recycling water because water is too precious to use just once. Our recycling process is state-of-the-art, and recycled water helps keep our community beautiful.

Sewage collection

It’s a dirty job, but your health and safety depend on it. With a network of more than 1,400 miles of underground sewer pipes, we’ve got this.
