Request a payment arrangement

Get help managing your bill. IRWD offers payment arrangements to assist customers with large balances on their water bills.

If your current water bill is more than you can pay, IRWD allows eligible customers to split their outstanding balance into monthly installments.

How it works

  • Payment arrangements must be set up by account holders only.
  • The outstanding balance can be split into six or 12 monthly installments. Your normal monthly billing will continue to generate moving forward and will include the additional installment amount.

Once the payment arrangement is established, customers cannot pay extra amounts. If a payment is late or missed, the full balance will be due immediately to avoid service interruption.
