Nonprofit organizations and residents within the IRWD service area can reserve the Community Room for business conferences and group meetings.

Up to 50 guests with tables and chairs or 80 guests without.

Provided and configurable based on meeting needs.

Audio/visual equipment

Ceiling-mounted projector, screen and sound system provided. Guests must bring their own laptops and HDMI adapters.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary guest wireless internet access available.

Kitchenette

Includes a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and counter space for serving food and beverages (no stove, oven or cooking allowed).

Restrooms

Restrooms are conveniently located nearby.

Parking

Free on-site parking is available for all guests.

Accessibility

    Reservation guidelines

    The primary purpose of Irvine Ranch Water District’s meeting facilities is to conduct agency business for the benefit of IRWD’s customers. When the facilities are not being used for IRWD business, IRWD makes some of them available for use by the rate-paying public within its jurisdiction. IRWD imposes reasonable and necessary restrictions on using its facilities to avoid the appearance that it is endorsing a specific issue and to maintain neutrality.

    Please allow at least five business days for the processing of your reservation request. IRWD is open Monday through Thursday and alternate Fridays.

    After a reservation is confirmed, the individual reserving the room will receive an email with instructions on how to access the room.

    Rules and guidelines

    • Each resident or group is allowed one reservation per month. Attempts to evade this rule may result in the cancellation of future reservations. This applies to both available meeting rooms (i.e., a customer cannot rent both The Duck Club and Community Room in the same month).
    • Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Rooms are available only to IRWD customers.
    • If your reservation is declined for any reason, we cannot guarantee its availability.
    • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in the cancellation of future reservations.
    • Setup and cleanup time must be included in your reservation window.
    • No food warming, cooking, or open flames are allowed.
    • No decorations may be affixed to the walls or ceiling.

    Waitlist

    A waitlist option is now available for customers who create a login through the online booking system. The waitlist is limited to two people.

    If a booking is canceled, the first person on the waitlist is notified by email and given 24 hours to reserve the spot. After 24 hours, the second person is notified and given 24 hours to respond. If neither waitlister reserves the spot, it is reopened on the public calendar.
