Scheduling meetings and delivery hours for suppliers

If you want to have a sales meeting with an IRWD buyer, please schedule an appointment by calling 949-453-5718. Meetings are conducted by appointment only.

Purchasing Department hours: Mon-Thurs, 6:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Fridays, 6:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Sat-Sun, closed.

For those making deliveries, please make note of the shipping/receiving hours: Mon-Thurs, 6:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Fridays, 6:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Sat-Sun, closed.

Only the IRWD purchasing manager and IRWD buyers can authorize or commit IRWD for the purchase of materials, services or equipment.

No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).

No contractor or subcontractor may work on public works project unless registered with DIR.

No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.

Bidders and subcontractors must be registered on the Department of Industrial Relations
